latest project!

I worked on it a little more.


I'm still working on this, but here it is for now.

here is the stuff I was meaning to post last night, but forgot....ehee hee

The above is for Computer Illustration, and the images below are thumbnails for my next Directed Themes piece. I'm still not liking how the piece above is looking. I plan on adding more textures and maybe play with some of the colors. The idea is there, just not how I imagine it. The first set of thumbnails below were done for me to figure out what sort of camera angle I wanted. I'm still not completely sure on the overall design, but hopefully I will have that worked out no later than Friday night, and hopefully I will remember to post. ;)

For Directed Themes I am doing an old west style building. Something from the cowboy days, all wooden. Most likely something that resembles a saloon from the 1800s.

Still not finished. I plan on adding more textures, colors, and I'm not really happy with how some of it looks, so I'm sure there will be lots of adjustments. I will add some more stuff later this evening if I remember. I may even re-draw everything on paper to see if I can fix some of the things bothering me about it.

A couple of very fast and loose color studies, just to get some ideas mainly, the smaller character will most likely undergo a lot of changes. I just needed something to put in there for now.

Computer Illustration - Thumbnails/ideas

These are just the rough ideas I have been meddling with. Hopefully today in class I will come to a final decision as to which one I will proceed with beyond this point. There will eventually be 2 characters, their placement may or may not be too obvious, for some reason everything is super dark on my screen, so you may or may not be able to see things clearly.

This is my attempt to try my hand at perspective drawing, I probably have 10-15 versions of this before this point.
